Located along the S.P. Dakudao Loop (formerly the Lanang Golf and Country Club), the 11-hectare Davao Park District is shaping to be Davao City’s newest central business district and a major center for information technology and business process outsourcing (IT-BPO) in Mindanao.

First to rise inside Davao Park District are office towers suited for business process outsourcing (BPO) companies and other corporate locators. Also in the township are themed residential condominiums by Suntrust Properties, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Megaworld. Other establishments that will soon be in the township include a lifestyle mall, commercial and retail strips, open parks, a lagoon, and a school.
